Responsibilities
- Analyze complex financial data to produce accurate forecasts, variance reports, and strategic recommendations
- Develop and maintain dynamic financial models for budgeting, forecasting, and scenario planning
- Partner with department heads to optimize resource allocation and operational efficiency
- Lead cross-functional initiatives to improve financial processes and reporting accuracy
- Prepare executive-level presentations translating financial insights into actionable strategies
- Ensure compliance with GAAP, SOX, and industry-specific regulatory requirements

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (MBA/CFA preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive financial analysis experience in corporate or financial services
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, including complex modeling, pivot tables, and VLOOKUPs
- Strong SQL skills for data extraction and manipulation from enterprise systems
