Responsibilities
- Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, including variance analysis and KPI tracking.
- Develop and maintain complex financial models to forecast revenue, expenses, and profitability with high precision.
- Assist in the annual budgeting process and track ongoing budget performance against targets.
- Conduct deep-dive research and present data-driven findings to executive leadership to support strategic decision-making.
- Identify trends, risks, and opportunities for cost reduction and operational process improvement.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- 3+ years of progressive experience in financial analysis, planning, and forecasting.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Macros) and SQL.
- Experience with BI tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Qlik is a strong plus.
- Strong understanding of GAAP and Generally Accepted Accounting Principles.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable narratives.
