Responsibilities
- Perform complex financial analysis, including variance analysis, forecasting, and budgeting support.
- Develop and maintain financial models to support strategic initiatives and capital investment decisions.
- Prepare high-level executive presentations and detailed monthly/quarterly reports.
- Identify key business drivers and provide actionable insights to leadership.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve operational efficiency and profitability.
- Ensure compliance with internal controls, GAAP, and regulatory requirements.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of progressive experience in financial analysis or corporate finance.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VBA, Pivot Tables, Macros) and financial modeling software.
- Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite) is preferred.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or CFA designation is a plus.
