Responsibilities
- Develop complex financial models and forecasts to support long-term strategic planning.
- Conduct variance analysis to explain differences between actual results and budgeted targets.
- Prepare and present comprehensive monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports to senior management.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for cost reduction.
- Assist in the annual budgeting process and oversee departmental expense management.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide actionable recommendations to improve profitability.
- Utilize advanced data analytics tools to uncover insights hidden in large datasets.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- 3-5 years of experience in financial analysis, corporate finance, or investment banking.
- Proficiency in financial software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite) and advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUP, PivotTables, Macros).
- Experience with SQL and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) is a strong plus.
- CFA, CPA, or CMA certification is highly desirable.
- Strong analytical mindset with exceptional attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present complex data clearly.
