Responsibilities
- Analyze financial performance metrics and deliver actionable reports to C-suite executives
- Build and maintain complex financial models for forecasting and budgeting
- Lead cross-functional initiatives on M&A transactions and capital allocation
- Optimize cost structures through variance analysis and process improvement
- Present findings to stakeholders using advanced visualization tools (Power BI/Tableau)
- Ensure compliance with SOX regulations and SEC reporting requirements
- Mentor junior analysts through financial modeling best practices
Qualifications
- Bachelor's in Finance/Accounting (CPA/MBA preferred)
- 5+ years in investment banking or corporate finance
- Expertise in financial modeling (DCF, LBO, M&A)
- Advanced Excel skills (VBA, Power Query) and SQL proficiency
- Strong PowerPoint presentation skills for executive audiences
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP/Oracle)
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Series 7/63 licenses a plus
