Responsibilities
- Analyze financial data to prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual reports for executive leadership and stakeholders
- Develop and maintain complex financial models to support forecasting, budgeting, and strategic planning initiatives
- Conduct variance analysis between actual and projected financial results, providing detailed explanations and recommendations
- Collaborate with department heads to gather financial information and ensure alignment with organizational goals
- Support M&A activities through due diligence, valuation analysis, and integration planning
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and develop dashboards to track financial performance
- Ensure compliance with SEC regulations, GAAP standards, and internal financial controls
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (MBA or CPA strongly preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive financial analysis experience in investment banking, private equity, or corporate finance
- Advanced proficiency in Excel (including complex modeling, pivot tables, and VLOOKUPs)
- Experience with financial software such as SAP, Oracle Financials, or Hyperion
- Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present to executive teams
- Proven track record of managing multiple projects with competing deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Deep understanding of financial markets, investment strategies, and regulatory frameworks
