Responsibilities
- Analyze financial data to identify trends and prepare comprehensive quarterly/annual reports
- Develop financial models for forecasting, budgeting, and scenario analysis
- Collaborate with department heads to optimize operational efficiency
- Present findings to executive leadership with actionable recommendations
- Manage month-end closing processes and ensure SOX compliance
- Lead cross-functional projects for process improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (MBA/CFA preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive financial analysis experience
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, SAP, and financial modeling tools
- Strong understanding of GAAP and SEC reporting requirements
- Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail
- Effective communication abilities for stakeholder presentations
- Experience in energy or healthcare industries highly desirable
