Responsibilities
- Conduct in-depth financial analysis to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for cost savings and revenue growth.
- Prepare comprehensive monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, including variance analysis and executive summaries.
- Develop and maintain complex financial models to support budgeting, forecasting, and long-term strategic planning.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment between business objectives and financial performance.
- Assist in the annual budgeting process and monitor ongoing performance against the budget.
- Perform ad-hoc analysis and special projects as requested by senior management to support key initiatives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- 3+ years of experience in financial analysis, corporate finance, or investment banking.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (PivotTables, VLOOKUP, Macros) and SQL is required.
- Familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and financial modeling software is a plus.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex data and present actionable insights.
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or CFA designation is highly desirable.
