Responsibilities
- Analyze financial performance metrics to identify trends and recommend strategic adjustments
- Develop comprehensive financial models and forecasts for revenue, expenses, and capital allocation
- Prepare executive-level presentations translating complex data into clear business narratives
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize budgeting and resource allocation processes
- Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting cycles ensuring accuracy and compliance
- Conduct ad-hoc financial analysis to support business expansion initiatives
- Maintain and improve financial reporting tools and automation systems
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (MBA/CFA preferred)
- 5+ years progressive experience in financial analysis or corporate finance
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, including complex modeling and PivotTables
- Experience with financial reporting systems (SAP, Oracle) and BI tools (Tableau, Power BI)
- Demonstrated ability to translate financial data into actionable business insights
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent presentation and communication skills for executive audiences
- Knowledge of GAAP and financial regulatory requirements
