Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain complex financial models to forecast revenue, expenses, and profitability.
- Conduct in-depth variance analysis to explain differences between actual results and budget/forecast.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for executive leadership.
- Collaborate with department heads to assist in budget preparation and resource allocation.
- Identify trends and opportunities for cost reduction and process improvement.
- Ensure compliance with internal controls and external reporting standards.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or Business Administration.
- 3+ years of experience in financial analysis, planning, or related roles.
- Proficiency in advanced Excel functions (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Macros) and financial software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite).
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret large datasets and draw actionable conclusions.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
