Responsibilities
- Lead the monthly, quarterly, and annual financial forecasting and budgeting processes.
- Perform variance analysis and produce high-level executive presentations.
- Develop complex financial models to support strategic initiatives and capital allocation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize operational efficiency and profitability.
- Ensure compliance with GAAP and internal financial reporting standards.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field; MBA preferred.
- 5+ years of experience in financial analysis, corporate finance, or investment banking.
- Proficiency in advanced Excel (VLOOKUP, PivotTables, Macros) and financial modeling software.
- Strong understanding of financial statements, KPIs, and business metrics.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
