Responsibilities
- Analyze financial statements, market trends, and economic indicators to inform strategic planning
- Develop comprehensive financial models for forecasting, budgeting, and valuation
- Prepare executive dashboards and KPI reports for C-suite stakeholders
- Lead cross-functional budgeting cycles across 3 business units
- Conduct variance analysis and recommend operational improvements
- Support M&A due diligence and integration activities
- Maintain compliance with SOX regulations and internal controls
Qualifications
- Bachelor's in Finance/Accounting + MBA or CPA preferred
- 5+ years of progressive financial analysis experience
- Advanced Excel proficiency (PivotTables, VBA, Power Query)
- SAP/Oracle ERP system expertise
- Strong understanding of GAAP and SEC reporting requirements
- Experience with renewable energy sector highly desirable
- CFA Level II or CPA certification required
- Proven ability to translate complex data into actionable insights
