Responsibilities
- Perform in-depth financial analysis to support strategic planning and decision-making processes.
- Prepare and present accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports to stakeholders.
- Develop and maintain complex financial models for forecasting revenue, expenses, and capital expenditures.
- Conduct variance analysis to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for cost optimization.
- Collaborate with department heads to create and manage annual budgets and long-term forecasts.
- Assist in the month-end and year-end close processes, ensuring compliance with GAAP standards.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and produce actionable insights for management.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field (Master’s degree is a plus).
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in financial analysis, FP&A, or accounting.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, Macros) and financial modeling.
- Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) preferred.
- Strong understanding of financial reporting standards and corporate governance.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
- Superior verbal and written communication skills for presenting to executive teams.
