Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive financial analysis, including variance analysis, trend analysis, and forecasting to support strategic decision-making.
- Develop complex financial models and projections to evaluate business performance and potential investment opportunities.
- Prepare accurate and timely monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for executive leadership and board meetings.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to monitor budget adherence and identify areas for cost optimization.
- Perform industry research and competitive analysis to provide market intelligence and strategic recommendations.
- Assist in the preparation of materials for investor presentations and external audits.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- 3+ years of experience in financial analysis, investment banking, or corporate finance.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Macros) and financial modeling software.
- Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite) is highly desirable.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets and present findings clearly.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
