Responsibilities
- Analyze financial data to identify trends and deliver actionable business insights
- Develop comprehensive financial models and forecasts for revenue, expenses, and cash flow
- Prepare executive-level financial reports and presentations for C-suite leadership
- Lead cross-functional projects to optimize operational efficiency and cost reduction
- Conduct variance analysis and root cause investigations for budget deviations
- Maintain and improve financial reporting systems and processes
- Mentor junior analysts and provide guidance on complex financial concepts
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (MBA/CFA preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive financial analysis experience in a corporate setting
- Advanced proficiency in Excel (VLOOKUP, PivotTables, Power Query) and financial modeling
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) and BI tools (Tableau, Power BI)
- Strong understanding of GAAP and SEC reporting requirements
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills with ability to present complex concepts clearly
- Proven track record of delivering accurate financial insights under tight deadlines
