Responsibilities
- Conduct in-depth financial analysis to forecast future performance, trends, and variances.
- Prepare accurate and timely monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for executive leadership.
- Develop and maintain complex financial models to support budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning processes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional departments to identify cost-saving opportunities and process improvements.
- Assess market conditions and company performance to provide recommendations for strategic initiatives.
- Perform variance analysis to explain differences between budgeted and actual results.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field required; MBA or CPA preferred.
- 3-5+ years of proven experience in financial analysis, corporate finance, or related roles.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Macros) and data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI).
- Strong understanding of GAAP, financial reporting standards, and regulatory compliance.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present complex data to non-financial stakeholders.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
