Responsibilities
- Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting and variance analysis to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Develop and maintain complex financial models to support budgeting, forecasting, and scenario planning.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide actionable insights on operational performance and profitability.
- Assist in the preparation of executive presentations and board materials highlighting key financial metrics.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and recommend strategic process improvements.
- Conduct deep-dive research on market trends and competitive landscapes to inform business strategy.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- 3+ years of progressive experience in financial analysis, preferably within the financial services or corporate sector.
- Proficiency in advanced Excel (PivotTables, VLOOKUP, Macros) and financial modeling techniques.
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or NetSuite) is highly desirable.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets and translate them into business insights.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of presenting to senior leadership.
