Responsibilities
- Prepare comprehensive financial reports, variance analyses, and forecasts for executive leadership.
- Develop complex financial models to support budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning processes.
- Conduct in-depth market research and industry trend analysis to identify growth opportunities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize financial performance and operational efficiency.
- Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field required; Master’s degree preferred.
- 3-5+ years of progressive experience in financial analysis, budgeting, or forecasting.
- Proficiency in financial modeling, data analysis, and tools such as Excel (Advanced), SQL, and Tableau.
- Strong understanding of GAAP and financial reporting standards.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present complex data to non-financial stakeholders.
- Attention to detail and strong problem-solving abilities.
