Responsibilities
- Analyze financial data to identify trends and provide actionable insights for executive leadership
- Develop comprehensive financial models and forecasts to support strategic planning initiatives
- Prepare detailed variance reports and performance dashboards for operational review
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize budget allocation and resource utilization
- Lead quarterly financial reviews and annual budget processes
- Ensure compliance with GAAP and regulatory requirements
- Mentor junior analysts to foster professional development within the team
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related field (MBA preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive financial analysis experience in corporate or financial services
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, Power BI, and ERP systems (SAP experience highly valued)
- Strong analytical skills with ability to translate complex data into strategic recommendations
- Excellent communication skills with proven ability to present financial insights to non-financial stakeholders
- CPA or CFA designation preferred
- Demonstrated experience with budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
