Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain complex financial models for forecasting, budgeting, and scenario analysis
- Conduct in-depth variance analysis and performance reporting for multi-million dollar portfolios
- Create compelling executive dashboards and presentations translating financial data into strategic recommendations
- Lead cross-functional audits and process improvement initiatives to enhance financial controls
- Analyze market trends and competitive landscapes to inform investment strategies
- Mentor junior analysts and drive continuous improvement in financial reporting systems
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (MBA/CFA preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive financial analysis experience in hospitality or real estate
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, Power BI, and SAP S/4HANA
- Demonstrated expertise in financial modeling, valuation techniques, and capital allocation
- Strong understanding of GAAP, SEC regulations, and compliance requirements
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to present to executive leadership
- CPA or CFA designation highly desirable
