Responsibilities
- Analyze financial performance trends and create comprehensive variance reports
- Develop and maintain financial models for forecasting, budgeting, and scenario analysis
- Prepare executive-level presentations highlighting key financial metrics and KPIs
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize resource allocation
- Lead month-end and quarter-end closing processes
- Identify cost-saving opportunities and improvement initiatives
- Ensure compliance with SOX regulations and internal controls
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (MBA/CFA preferred)
- 5+ years progressive financial analysis experience
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, Power BI, and financial modeling software
- Deep understanding of GAAP and SEC reporting requirements
- Strong quantitative skills with attention to detail
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities
- Experience in manufacturing or energy sector (highly desirable)
- Certification in FP&A or similar designation a plus
