Key Responsibilities:
Responsibilities
- Conduct detailed variance analysis and interpret complex financial data to support executive decision-making.
- Develop and maintain accurate financial forecasts, budgets, and strategic business plans.
- Prepare comprehensive monthly, quarterly, and annual reports for internal and external stakeholders.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize operational efficiency and profitability.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and recommend process improvements.
- Assist in the annual audit process and ensure compliance with GAAP and internal controls.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or Business Administration.
- 3+ years of experience in financial analysis, preferably in a corporate or banking environment.
- Proficiency in advanced Excel functions (PivotTables, VLOOKUP, Macros) and data visualization tools.
- Experience with financial software such as SAP, Oracle, or NetSuite is highly preferred.
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or CFA designation is a plus.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to synthesize large datasets into actionable insights.
