Responsibilities
- Perform in-depth financial analysis, including variance analysis, budget forecasting, and trend analysis.
- Develop and maintain complex financial models to support strategic planning, capital allocation, and M&A activities.
- Prepare accurate, timely, and insightful monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for executive leadership.
- Collaborate with cross-functional departments (Sales, Operations, HR) to identify cost-saving opportunities and process improvements.
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to drive business performance.
- Assist in the preparation of the annual operating budget and long-term financial projections.
- Utilize data visualization tools to present complex financial data in a clear, actionable format.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or Business Administration required.
- 3 to 5+ years of progressive experience in financial analysis, corporate finance, or a related role.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (PivotTables, VLOOKUP, Index/Match, Macros) and financial modeling.
- Experience with SQL, Python, or data visualization tools (Tableau, PowerBI) is highly preferred.
- Strong analytical mindset with exceptional problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex financial concepts to non-financial stakeholders.
- CPA or CFA designation is a plus.
