Responsibilities
- Conduct in-depth financial modeling, forecasting, and variance analysis to support strategic planning
- Prepare and present comprehensive financial reports for executive leadership and stakeholders
- Analyze market trends, industry benchmarks, and economic indicators to identify growth opportunities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize budget allocation and resource utilization
- Develop and maintain KPI dashboards to track financial performance against objectives
- Lead month-end and year-end closing processes ensuring accuracy and compliance
- Identify process improvement opportunities and implement financial automation solutions
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (MBA/CFA preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive financial analysis experience in corporate or investment finance
- Advanced proficiency in Excel (PivotTables, VBA, Power Query) and financial modeling
- Expertise in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) and BI tools (Tableau, Power BI)
- Strong understanding of GAAP and SEC reporting requirements
- Exceptional analytical thinking with proven ability to translate complex data into clear insights
- Certified Financial Analyst (CFA) designation highly desirable
