Responsibilities
- Analyze financial data to forecast trends, identify risks, and optimize resource allocation
- Develop comprehensive budgets and financial models supporting strategic initiatives
- Prepare executive-level financial reports and presentations for stakeholders
- Collaborate with department heads to implement cost-control measures
- Conduct variance analysis and recommend actionable business improvements
- Lead month-end/quarter-end closing processes ensuring accuracy
- Maintain compliance with SOX regulations and internal controls
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (MBA/CFA preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive financial analysis experience
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, SAP, and financial modeling tools
- Demonstrated experience with variance analysis and forecasting
- Strong understanding of GAAP and regulatory requirements
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities
