Responsibilities
- Analyze financial statements, market trends, and economic indicators to inform investment strategies
- Develop comprehensive financial models and forecasts for client portfolios and new ventures
- Prepare detailed reports and presentations for executive leadership and external stakeholders
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize resource allocation and budget planning
- Monitor performance metrics and identify opportunities for financial process improvements
- Ensure compliance with SEC regulations and internal financial controls
- Mentor junior analysts and lead special financial analysis projects
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive financial analysis experience in investment banking or asset management
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, financial modeling software, and data visualization tools
- Deep understanding of GAAP, SEC regulations, and portfolio management principles
- Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret complex financial data and market trends
- Exceptional communication skills with experience presenting to executive leadership
- CFA or CPA certification highly desirable
