Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain financial models for valuation, forecasting, and scenario analysis
- Analyze financial performance metrics and identify trends requiring strategic intervention
- Prepare executive-level presentations translating complex data into compelling narratives
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on budgeting, M&A due diligence, and capital allocation
- Implement process improvements for financial reporting and KPI tracking
- Mentor junior analysts while maintaining ownership of critical deliverables
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics (MBA/CFA preferred)
- 5+ years progressive financial analysis experience in tech or venture capital
- Advanced Excel proficiency with Power Query and VBA expertise
- Hands-on experience with financial modeling tools (e.g., Alteryx, Tableau)
- Exceptional communication skills for executive stakeholder engagement
- CPA designation or actively pursuing certification
- Portfolio demonstrating complex financial analysis achievements
