Responsibilities
- Develop personalized financial plans including investment strategies, retirement planning, and risk management for high-net-worth clients
- Build and maintain robust client relationships through regular portfolio reviews and financial planning consultations
- Meet/exceed sales targets by identifying and qualifying new client opportunities through our established referral network
- Stay current on financial regulations, market trends, and investment products to provide optimal guidance
- Leverage our proprietary CRM and financial planning software for efficient client management
- Collaborate with our in-house tax and estate planning specialists for comprehensive client solutions
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or related field (MBA/CFA preferred)
- Series 7, 66, and state insurance licenses (or ability to obtain within 90 days)
- 3+ years of experience in financial services, wealth management, or client advisory role
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets and building client portfolios
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to explain complex concepts clearly
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in financial planning software
