Responsibilities
- Develop personalized financial plans for high-net-worth clients using advanced portfolio strategies
- Drive revenue growth through proactive client acquisition and retention
- Conduct in-depth market analysis and investment research
- Lead complex retirement planning and wealth transfer strategies
- Maintain FINRA Series 7/66 licenses and regulatory compliance
- Mentor junior advisors and contribute to firm-wide innovation
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or related field
- 5+ years of financial advisory experience with HNW clientele
- Active FINRA Series 7 and 66/63/65 licenses
- CFP or CFA designation strongly preferred
- Proven track record exceeding $1M+ annual production
- Exceptional presentation and client communication skills
- Deep knowledge of Louisiana's financial landscape
