Responsibilities
- Process routine transactions (deposits, withdrawals, transfers) with 99.5% accuracy
- Build trust through personalized client consultations on financial products
- Resolve account discrepancies and escalate complex issues efficiently
- Actively promote digital banking solutions to enhance client convenience
- Maintain strict compliance with banking regulations and security protocols
- Collaborate with branch leadership to achieve monthly sales targets
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
- 1+ years of customer service or cash handling experience
- Proven ability to navigate multi-tasking in fast-paced environments
- Strong knowledge of basic financial principles and terminology
- Exceptional communication skills with diverse populations
- Proficiency in banking software and MS Office suite
- Ability to pass background check and FINRA Series 6/63 licensing
