Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive wealth management strategies for HNW clients ($500K+ AUM)
- Build and maintain robust client relationships through proactive portfolio reviews and market insights
- Drive business development through targeted networking and strategic partnerships
- Utilize advanced financial modeling tools to optimize asset allocation and risk mitigation
- Collaborate with in-house tax and estate planning specialists
- Maintain FINRA Series 7/66 certifications and ongoing compliance training
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in financial advisory with proven HNW client acquisition
- FINRA Series 7 & 66 licenses (or equivalent)
- CFA or CFP designation preferred
- Exceptional communication skills with executive presence
- Strong track record exceeding sales targets
- Proficiency in CRM platforms (Salesforce) and financial modeling software
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or related field
