Responsibilities
- Develop personalized financial plans for high-net-worth clients
- Manage investment portfolios across asset classes
- Conduct market analysis and economic trend assessments
- Build and maintain strategic referral networks
- Comply with FINRA and SEC regulations
- Mentor junior advisors on client acquisition strategies
- Utilize CRM systems for client lifecycle management
Qualifications
- Series 7, 66, and Life/Health licenses required
- Minimum 5 years financial advisory experience
- Proven track record of $5M+ AUM management
- Bachelor's degree in Finance or related field
- Strong analytical and presentation skills
- CFA or CFP designation preferred
- Experience with Schwab or Fidelity platforms
- Exceptional networking abilities in NJ/NY market
