Responsibilities

  • Develop comprehensive financial plans including investment strategies, retirement planning, and estate management for HNW clients
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular portfolio reviews and proactive financial guidance
  • Analyze market trends and economic indicators to optimize client investment portfolios
  • Collaborate with internal partners (tax attorneys, estate planners) to deliver integrated wealth solutions
  • Mentor junior advisors and contribute to firm-wide best practices development
  • Exceed annual revenue targets through strategic client acquisition and retention

Qualifications

  • Series 7 and 66/65/63 securities licenses required (must be current and in good standing)
  • CFPĀ® or CFA designation strongly preferred; candidates with 3+ years of relevant experience will be prioritized
  • Proven track record of $5M+ AUM management or equivalent production metrics
