Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive financial plans for high-net-worth clients (HNWIs)
- Manage investment portfolios exceeding $5M in assets under management
- Drive new business development through strategic networking and referrals
- Provide advanced tax optimization and estate planning strategies
- Mentor junior advisors and contribute to team performance goals
- Leverage CRM systems to maintain client relationships and track KPIs
Qualifications
- Series 7, 66, and CFP certifications required
- Minimum 5 years experience with HNW client portfolios
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets (>$1M AUM annually)
- Expertise in retirement planning, trusts, and complex investments
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in financial planning software
- Exceptional communication and presentation abilities
- Local Louisiana network preferred
