Responsibilities
- Prepare and analyze monthly/quarterly financial statements with 100% accuracy
- Lead month-end and year-end closing processes across multi-entity structures
- Develop and implement automated financial reporting workflows using NetSuite
- Conduct comprehensive variance analysis and provide actionable insights to leadership
- Manage SOX compliance documentation and internal control testing
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on budgeting and forecasting initiatives
- Mentor junior accountants through virtual knowledge-sharing sessions
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance (CPA/MBA preferred)
- 5+ years progressive accounting experience in public/private sectors
- Expert proficiency in GAAP and SEC reporting requirements
- Advanced Excel skills with Power Query/PivotTable mastery
