Responsibilities
- Manage daily general ledger activities and ensure accurate financial reporting.
- Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Oversee accounts payable and receivable processes and reconciliation.
- Assist in the annual external audit and tax preparation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve financial processes and controls.
- Monitor budget variances and provide recommendations for cost optimization.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration required.
- 3-5 years of progressive experience in accounting or financial analysis.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables) and accounting software (e.g., NetSuite, QuickBooks).
- CPA or CMA certification is highly preferred.
- Excellent knowledge of US GAAP and local tax regulations.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data.
