Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle accounting operations including month-end close, journal entries, and reconciliations
- Prepare and analyze financial statements ensuring GAAP compliance and regulatory adherence
- Lead internal audits and collaborate with external auditors for seamless certification
- Develop and implement financial controls to mitigate risks and enhance operational efficiency
- Support budgeting processes and variance analysis for executive decision-making
- Maintain fixed asset registers and depreciation schedules
- Train and mentor junior accounting staff on best practices
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA certification strongly preferred
- 5+ years of progressive accounting experience in public accounting or corporate finance
- Expertise in financial reporting standards (GAAP/IFRS) and tax compliance
- Proficiency with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) and advanced Excel functions
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy
- Experience managing accounting teams and cross-departmental projects
- Excellent communication skills for stakeholder reporting and presentations
