Responsibilities
- Prepare and analyze monthly/quarterly financial statements ensuring GAAP compliance
- Manage complex month-end and year-end closing processes
- Lead account reconciliations and variance analysis for balance sheet accounts
- Collaborate with audit teams during external financial audits
- Develop and maintain financial models for forecasting and budgeting
- Implement process improvements in accounting workflows
- Provide financial insights to support business strategy decisions
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance (CPA/MBA preferred)
- 5+ years of public accounting or corporate finance experience
- Advanced proficiency in ERP systems (SAP/Oracle) and Excel
- Deep knowledge of GAAP, SOX compliance, and tax regulations
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Experience managing junior accounting staff
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
