Responsibilities
- Analyze financial statements and credit applications to assess borrower risk profiles
- Prepare comprehensive credit reports with detailed recommendations for approval/decline decisions
- Monitor existing portfolios for potential risks and recommend mitigation strategies
- Collaborate with lending teams to structure complex credit facilities
- Stay updated on industry regulations and compliance requirements
- Develop predictive models for default probability and loss forecasting
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
- 5+ years of commercial credit analysis experience
- Advanced proficiency in financial modeling (Excel, Bloomberg)
- Strong understanding of GAAP and credit risk frameworks
- Credit certification (CRCM, CMBL) preferred
- Exceptional analytical and communication skills
- Proven ability to manage deadlines in a remote setting
