Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration (MBA preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive credit analysis experience in commercial banking
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and financial modeling software
- Strong understanding of GAAP and credit risk frameworks
- Certification in credit analysis (e.g., CCCA, CRCM) highly desirable
- Exceptional analytical skills with attention to detail
