Responsibilities
- Analyze financial statements, credit reports, and market trends to assess borrower risk profiles
- Prepare detailed credit memos and risk assessments for commercial loan applications
- Monitor existing credit portfolios and identify early warning signs of potential defaults
- Collaborate with lending teams to structure optimal financing solutions
- Stay updated on regulatory compliance requirements (FDIC, OCC, etc.)
- Present findings and recommendations to credit committees
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field required
- 3+ years of commercial credit analysis experience
- Proficiency in financial modeling software (e.g., Bloomberg, Moody's Analytics)
- Strong understanding of cash flow analysis and covenant monitoring
- Excellent written/verbal communication skills
- Credit certification (CRCM or equivalent) preferred
