Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive credit risk analysis on commercial loan applications and renewals.
- Review financial statements, tax returns, and cash flow projections to assess borrower health.
- Develop and maintain credit scoring models to improve lending efficiency.
- Prepare detailed credit memos and recommendation reports for the Credit Committee.
- Monitor existing loan portfolios for early signs of financial distress.
- Collaborate with sales teams to structure financing solutions that meet client needs.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or Business Administration.
- 3+ years of experience in credit analysis, commercial lending, or risk management.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, Macros) and financial modeling.
- Strong understanding of GAAP and financial reporting standards.
- Excellent analytical skills with a keen attention to detail.
