Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive credit risk assessments for prospective and existing clients.
- Analyze financial statements, cash flow reports, and market data to evaluate creditworthiness.
- Prepare detailed credit memos and recommendations for loan approval or rejection.
- Develop and maintain credit scoring models and internal databases.
- Monitor compliance with company policies, banking regulations, and industry standards.
- Collaborate with underwriting teams and relationship managers to support portfolio growth.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in credit analysis, risk management, or financial analysis.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (advanced functions, Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
