Responsibilities
- Conduct in-depth financial analysis of credit applications for commercial and retail clients
- Prepare detailed credit risk assessments and recommendation reports
- Monitor existing credit portfolios and identify potential risk exposure
- Collaborate with sales teams to structure optimal credit solutions
- Stay current with regulatory changes and industry best practices
- Develop predictive models for credit scoring and risk mitigation

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive credit analysis experience in commercial or consumer lending
- Advanced proficiency in financial modeling and Excel (including VBA)
- Certification in Credit Risk Management (CRM) or equivalent preferred
- Strong understanding of GAAP, IFRS, and credit risk frameworks
- Experience with credit scoring models and risk management software
- Exceptional analytical skills with attention to detail
- Proven ability to manage high-volume, complex credit portfolios
