Responsibilities
- Analyze complex commercial credit applications for agricultural and manufacturing businesses
- Prepare detailed risk assessments and financial models using advanced Excel techniquesConduct site visits and industry trend analysis for portfolio evaluation

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business (MBA preferred)
- 5+ years of commercial credit analysis experience
- Expertise in agricultural and manufacturing sector lending
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, financial modeling, and credit scoring
- Strong understanding of FICO scoring and credit bureau reports
- Proven ability to interpret complex financial statements
- Relevant certifications (CRCM, CMB, or CFA) preferred
