Responsibilities
- Analyze financial statements, credit reports, and market trends to assess borrower risk
- Prepare detailed credit recommendations for commercial and consumer lending portfolios
- Monitor existing accounts and identify early warning signs of potential default
- Collaborate with loan officers to structure compliant credit solutions
- Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with federal regulations
- Present credit risk assessments to internal committees
- Stay updated on industry regulations and economic indicators affecting Alaska markets
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field
- 3+ years of credit analysis or commercial lending experience
- Strong proficiency in financial modeling software (e.g., Moody's Analytics)
- Credit certification (CRCM or CCE) preferred
- Exceptional analytical and decision-making abilities
