Responsibilities
- Analyze financial statements, cash flows, and industry trends to assess credit risk
- Prepare comprehensive credit reports with actionable recommendations for approval committees
- Monitor existing portfolios and identify early warning signs of potential defaults
- Collaborate with sales teams to structure credit facilities aligned with client needs
- Stay updated on regulatory changes (FICO, GAAP, Basel III) and implement compliance protocols
- Leverage provided advanced analytics software (SAP, Oracle, Tableau) for data-driven insights
- Present findings to executive stakeholders with clear, concise visualizations
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
- 5+ years of commercial credit analysis experience in financial services
- Expert proficiency in financial modeling (DCF, LBO, ratio analysis)
- Advanced Excel skills with macros and pivot tables
- Credit certification (CRCM, CCE) or equivalent experience
- Strong understanding of SEC filings and industry-specific risk factors
- Exceptional written communication for credit memos and presentations
- Ability to work independently with provided remote equipment
