Responsibilities
- Analyze financial statements, cash flows, and industry trends to assess creditworthiness
- Prepare comprehensive credit reports with risk mitigation recommendations
- Manage portfolio of 50+ commercial and corporate clients
- Collaborate with relationship managers to structure optimal financing solutions
- Monitor market conditions and regulatory changes affecting credit policies
- Maintain compliance with OCC and internal risk management standards
- Present findings to credit committee members and senior leadership
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business (MBA preferred)
- 5+ years of commercial credit analysis experience
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and financial modeling software
- Strong knowledge of GAAP and credit risk frameworks
- Experience with credit scoring models (e.g., Altman Z-Score)
- Series 7 or 63 license highly desirable
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills
- Proven ability to manage complex credit portfolios
