Responsibilities
- Process 500+ invoices monthly with 99.8% accuracy
- Manage vendor payments via ACH, wire, and card systems
- Reconcile AP sub-ledgers and GL accounts monthly
- Implement process improvements using SAP/Oracle systems
- Lead month-end closing activities
- Conduct 3-way matching for high-value transactions
- Collaborate with procurement on contract terms
- Audit expense reports and T&E reimbursements
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance required
- 5+ years high-volume AP experience
- SAP/Oracle proficiency with workflow automation
- Certified Accounts Payable Professional (CAPP) preferred
- Advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUP, PivotTables)
- Experience with international payment processing
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication with cross-functional teams
