Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive credit risk assessments for commercial and individual clients
- Prepare detailed credit reports and financial statement analyses
- Collaborate with loan committees to recommend credit approval terms
- Monitor existing portfolios for compliance and early risk detection
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with banking partners
- Stay updated on industry regulations and economic trends
- Train junior analysts on credit evaluation methodologies
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration
- 3+ years of credit analysis or underwriting experience
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and financial modeling tools
- Strong understanding of FICO scoring and credit reports
- Certification (CRCM, CMB, or equivalent) preferred
